West Virginia Casino Dining Guide


Greenbrier – Sulphur Springs, WV

There are twenty restaurants and lounges at The Greenbrier. The Pizza Shoppe offers delivery around the property. Casual dining options include southern cooking at Draper’s, Greenbrier Gourmet & Coffee Bar, Springhouse Smoothies near the tennis courts, and outdoor dining at Tree Tops Café.

Resort casual options include Ryder Cup Snack Bar, Slammin’ Sammy’s, and Sam Snead’s at the golf club, JJ’s Sports Lounge, and Italian cuisine at The Forum. Some restaurants are resort casual before 7pm and business casual after 7pm. This includes breakfast at the Main Dining Room. In the Casino Club, there are high-end lounge snacks at Twelve Oaks, Asian cuisine at In-Fusion, and drinks at Greenbrier Royale.

Business casual attire is required to enjoy steak and seafood at Prime 44, lite bites and drinks at Lobby Bar, live music, and light bites in the casino at Café Carleton and 42 Below. Hours vary and can be found on The Greenbrier’s daily calendar.

Hollywood Casino – Charles Town, WV

Full-service dining

There are three full-service dining options at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. 9 Dragons specializes in Asian cuisine, with a menu featuring Chinese classics, barbecue, sushi, rice, rolls, soups, noodles, and cocktails. Final Cut Steakhouse serves USDA prime beef and specialty cuts, seafood, chicken, and pasta. Burgers, pizza, wings, sandwiches, and craft beers are available at the Sportsbook Restaurant.

The Eatery food court at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has five options. Charles Town Drafthouse serves craft beers, draft beers, and cocktails. The Classic serves burgers, chicken tenders, fish and chips, and pizza slices, and it’s open daily, Joe and Dough offers grab-and-go salads and sandwiches. Mercato has pizza and Italian dishes available Thursday through Sunday. Zen Noodle features chicken satay, pho and hu tieu soup, General Tso’s chicken, and California rolls.

Mardi Gras Casino – Cross Lanes, WV

There are three restaurants open at Mardi Gras Casino. The Grill at First Turn is currently closed. Available options include quick bites, a sports bar, and upscale dining.

Cafe Orleans has multiple quick-bite options. This food court is located on the main casino floor and offers nachos, quesadillas, chicken fingers, hot sandwiches, sweet treats, and coffee. The Sports Bar is open daily for grab-and-go snacks.

Now cash-free, the French Quarter is an upscale restaurant. However, casual attire is welcome. The menu features pork chops, chicken, salmon, and steak. Casual attire is permitted.

Mountaineer Casino – New Cumberland, WV

There are five food options at Mountaineer Casino. For a quick bite near the casino floor, there’s Big Al’s, which serves deli sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, homemade ice cream, and Starbucks coffee. Big Al’s is open daily.

Gatsby Restaurant serves breakfast on weekends. Gatsby’s breakfast features dipped French toast, Belgian waffles, omelets, and eggs. The lunch and dinner menu offers soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees such as grilled ribeye, fried shrimp, and fish and chips.

LBV Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant. Menu items include prime steaks and chops, seafood, chicken, and pasta dishes. Resort-casual dress is requested.

Mahogany Sports Bar is a pub-style restaurant. Mahogany’s menu items include burgers, hot sandwiches, fried shrimp, and wings while beverages include craft beers and cocktails. Drink service lasts until 10pm.

Vickar’s Concessions serves quick bites in the racetrack grandstands. Open during the live racing season, menu items include sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, nachos, and ice cream. A limited beer selection is available. Racing season runs from April through December.

Wheeling Island Casino – Wheeling Island, WV

A buffet, full-service dinner restaurant, and food court are currently available at Wheeling Island Casino. Crescent Moon is a coffee shop open daily for breakfast. 

The Buffet is now open with modifications. Salad and bread are served at the table and buffet items are plated for guests. Sunday brunch includes omelets, salmon, waffles, and fresh-carved meats. Dinner on Fridays and Saturdays includes fried chicken and shrimp, grilled steaks, carved meats, and pasta. Thursdays’ dinner features barbequed meats. Buffets are $29.99 and a half-pound of premium seafood is available for an additional $9.99 most nights. Friday all-you-can-eat crab leg buffets are $49.99.

The Pointe is a full-service restaurant. Its menu includes steaks, seafood, and chicken. The restaurant is a cash-free establishment.

The Food Court serves a selection of sandwiches, salads, hot items, and weekly specials. Served until 11am, breakfast includes eggs, waffles, and pancakes.

Racing Concessions are available on the second floor the racetrack side. Options include chicken tenders, burgers, sandwiches, and snacks.
