The Casino Club at Greenbrier is a private casino in the southern part of the state. It is only open to registered hotel guests and club members. 

All forms of casino-style games are legal at West Virginia casinos. These games include slots, video poker, video keno and electronic table games. Live table games include blackjack, roulette, craps, Spanish 21, Three Card Poker and Mississippi Stud.
