The Greenbrier offers sports betting under three different brands. FanDuel operates the casino’s in-house sportsbook. FanDuel also has a mobile betting app that is licensed through Greenbrier.
BetMGM and Golden Nugget are also partnered with Greenbrier. Both offer betting apps. However, there is no live betting window for either on the property.
Hollywood Casino
Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has a live sportsbook on the property. The betting window opens at 10am on weekends and noon on weekdays. It closes at 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. The ESPN Bet mobile app is also available to players. Kiosks are available 24 hours a day.
The casino’s other mobile sports betting app is operated by DraftKings. West Virginians played daily fantasy sports (DFS) through DraftKings for years before the state legalized sports betting, and DFS action remains available as well. However, DraftKings does not have a retail sportsbook in West Virginia. It is only available as online or through its mobile app.
Mardi Gras Casino sportsbook
Betly, an IGT brand, is the sports betting partner of Mardi Gras Casino. It operates the betting counter at its casino cage and five kiosk machines on the property. Sports bets may be placed from 9am to 4am daily at Mardi Gras Casino. Betly also offers a mobile betting app.
Mountaineer Casino sportsbook
At Mountaineer Casino, sports wagering is handled by Caesars Sportsbook. It was previously William Hill, which was acquired by Caesars in 2021.
The Mountaineer Casino sportsbook opens at 10am on weekends and 1:30pm on weekdays. It closes weekdays at 8:30pm and weekends at 11pm. The Caesars Sportsbook app, which takes online wagers, may be funded at this location or on any mobile device.
BetRivers is also partnered with Mountaineer Casino in West Virginia. BetRivers is only available for mobile betting in the state. It does not have a sportsbook in one of the state’s casinos.
Wheeling Island sportsbook
Betly also operates the sportsbook at Wheeling Island. It opens at 11am on weekdays and at 10am on weekends.
